This painting is part of a series about two women embracing. The harmony of the generous curves and the closeness of the two being is what matters to me, beyond the realism of the shapes or the definition of the features.
I wanted to paint the love and the care that these two women have for one another in their intimacy, the sensuality they communicate in the closeness to one another, but most of all, convey their love.
